  3. Order Cancellation Timeline
  4. Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 6–8 days of placing the order.
  5. Cancellation Restriction
  6. Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has begun.
  7. Non-Cancellable Items
  8. Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food items, and similar products cannot be cancelled.
  9. Refund or replacement may be provided if the customer proves that the delivered product quality was not satisfactory.
  10. Damaged or Defective Items
  11. If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our Customer Service team.
  12. The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies the defect at their end.
  13. This must be reported within 6–8 days of receiving the product.
  14. Product Not as Shown / Not as Expected
  15. If the product does not match the description or your expectation, you must inform Customer Service within 6–8 days of receiving it.
  16. After reviewing the issue, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
  17. Manufacturer Warranty Products
  18. For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should directly contact the manufacturer for support.
  19. Refund Processing Time
  20. If a refund is approved by PRIYANKA PADMAKAR MEHTA, the amount will be processed within 6–8 days.
